Seasonal Sessions are limited photography sessions created around a particular
time of year, atmosphere or occasion.
Sometimes that means autumn colour and softer outdoor light.
Sometimes it means Halloween, Christmas, spring blossom or a long summer evening.
The setting may change, but the approach stays the same:
simple direction when you need it, space to be yourself
and photographs that still feel like you.

THIS SEASON DOESN’T WAIT.
Autumn has a very short moment when everything comes together: the colour, the softer light, the leaves, the cooler air and that particular atmosphere that simply cannot be recreated in quite the same way at another time of year.
Then the wind arrives, the rain gets involved, the trees become bare and suddenly it is over.
That is why an autumn session is not something to keep putting off until “later”. In a few weeks, later will simply no longer exist.
It can be a family session, children, a couple, maternity, an individual portrait or something more personal and creative.
It is not about perfect poses or pretending to be part of an autumn advert. It is about keeping a small piece of this brief season before it disappears.

Halloween gives us a rare opportunity to create photographs we probably would not plan at any other time of year.
They can be dark. Playful. Cinematic. Elegant. Strange. Or completely over the top.
And that is exactly why it works.
For a few days each year, costumes, characters, stronger lighting and a little theatricality do not feel like too much. They simply belong.
Then the decorations come down, the costume goes back into the wardrobe and we wait another year for the chance to do it again.
So if you already have a costume, a character or a slightly unusual idea, this is the perfect time to use it. And if you do not, we can start with something simple and build the session around you.

CHRISTMAS SESSIONS
NEXT CHRISTMAS WILL NOT BE THIS CHRISTMAS.
Next year the children will be older. Someone will look different. Someone may live somewhere else. Faces, hairstyles, height, habits and all those small family details will have changed again.
Christmas comes back every year.
But this particular Christmas never does.
That is why Christmas photographs matter for more than decorations, fairy lights and a tree in the background.
They show you exactly as you were at this point in your lives.
It might be one child, siblings, a couple, the whole family or several generations together. We do not need perfect smiles, matching clothes or everyone behaving like a Christmas card for an hour.
We just need the people who will look at these photographs years from now and remember exactly what this Christmas felt like.
