Every shoot is scoped individually, but this guide gives you a clear starting point.

The prices below are intended to show the approximate level before you get in touch.

Final pricing depends on the type of shoot, time on site, number of people, location,

number of final images, usage and delivery requirements.



What is usually included

*Additional costs may apply for travel outside Dublin, parking, extended coverage, priority delivery, advanced retouching, extra final images, larger productions or special usage requirements.


Why individual sessions can cost more per person


A one-to-one session may seem more expensive per person than a team shoot.

That is because many costs are fixed regardless of whether I photograph one person or ten.

Planning, travel, setup, lighting, selection, editing, file preparation and delivery still need to happen.



  • With team headshots, those costs are spread across several people.
  • With an individual session, the full setup is built around one person, with more time, attention and control per image.

The final estimate may change depending on:

  • Number of people.
  • Time on site.
  • Location and travel.
  • Number of final images.
  • Level of retouching required.
  • Delivery speed.
  • Complexity of setup.
  • Intended usage.
  • Parking or access requirements.



1. Team Headshots

From €450

Consistent headshots for teams, websites, LinkedIn and company profiles.


A starting team headshot session usually includes:

  • Mobile setup at your office.
  • Consistent background and lighting.
  • Short guided session for each person.
  • Selection gallery.
  • 1 final retouched headshot per person.
  • Web and high-resolution files.


Typical range:

€450–€950+

*Larger teams are quoted individually.

2. Business Portraits

From €250

Professional portraits for founders, consultants, executives and public-facing professionals.


A starting business portrait session usually includes:

  • Pre-shoot context.
  • A focused one-to-one portrait session.
  • Guidance on posture, expression and small adjustments.
  • Curated selection gallery.
  • 1 final retouched image.
  • Web and high-resolution files.


Typical range:

€250–€550+

*Extended business portrait or personal branding sessions start from €450.

3. Office & People at Work

From €450

Natural business imagery created in real working environments.


A starting office or people-at-work session usually includes:

  • Short planning before the shoot.
  • Photography at your location.
  • A focused mix of people, process, details and working environment.
  • Curated final image set.
  • Professional editing.
  • Web and high-resolution files.


Typical range:

€450–€1,100+

*Extended half-day business content sessions start from €650.

time on site, number of people involved, number of final images, scene complexity, location and usage.




4. Business Events & Conferences

From €400

Photography for conferences, launches, networking events and company gatherings.


A starting event coverage usually includes:

  • Briefing before the event.
  • Photography during the agreed coverage time.
  • Coverage of people, atmosphere, key moments and details.
  • Curated edited gallery.
  • Web and high-resolution files.


Typical range:

€400–€1,200+


*Half-day coverage starts from €650.

**Full-day conference or larger event coverage starts from €1,000.

***Optional next-day PR highlights can be added if required.

event duration, location, guest count, complexity, delivery speed and PR highlight requirements.




5. Business Branding Session

From €550

A practical combination of business portraits and people-at-work imagery.


Best for small businesses, coaches, clinics, salons, wellness professionals, instructors and service-based businesses that need both a professional image and content showing how they work.


A starting business branding session usually includes:

  • Portraits of the business owner or key person.
  • Images of the service, process or working environment.
  • A curated final image set.
  • Professional editing.
  • Web and high-resolution files.


Typical range:

€550–€950+


Pricing depends on:

session length, location, number of final images, type of service and how much content is needed.


  1. No fixed packages
  2. I do not use rigid packages because business shoots vary too much.
  3. A simple portrait session, a team headshot day, a small business content shoot and a full conference do not need the same structure.
  4. You receive a clear estimate before anything is confirmed.
